Social Secruity vs Workers Comp
The question I have is I have filed for Social Security Disability, But I also Have a workerscomp Worsening of Condition claim in! If I am determined Disabled by Social Security Does that mean that I cannot still file the claim for the claim against workerscomp!

You need to post this question to the Worker's Compensation area and get an answer from a Maryland Workers' Comp Attorney.
If you get a Social Security Disability award, the monthly benefit amount may be offset by a Workers Comp Award.
