Social Security Fraud
Someone I know has a bankruptcy adversary claim against me and has submitted incorrect information work related and he also uses different social security numbers. How would I prove that my information is correct. How should I investigate this and prove this information to be correct?

You would inform the Social Security Administration that he is making a fraud. Likely this determination from SSA will not be timely enough to effect the bankrupcy hearing. Nonetheless he will be penalized for the activity where there is merit to your referral.
