Is it legal for my caseworker to seize my SSI check? (I am my own representative payee)

I need more info. By 'caseworker' do you mean an employee of the Social Security Administration. And by 'seize' do you mean your SSI benefits have been stopped? If so, the answer is maybe.
There are many reasons why SSI benefits can be stopped. But SSA must give you a reason in writing. So when you know the reason that your beefits were stopped, post that information.
