Can contraditory laws be enforced?

Contradictory laws cannot be enforced, but few exist. As to tax laws, much can be observed as contradictory. The best way to avoid such contradiction, and comply with tax law while benefiting thereof, is to hire a compentent tax accountant or tax lawyer.
