Legal Question in Tax Law in Maryland

Divorced, Non tax paying ex

I have been divorced for three years, and my ex has not filed his taxes for those years...his name is still on the deed to my house, even though the settlement says I am solely responsible for all exspenses for the house....If he continues not to file can I loose the house to the IRS

More facts are needed to properly assess the tax/legal options and the most appropriate strategy available to you under Federal tax law and particularly under MD state law. An experienced tax attorney in MD should be able to handle this type of matter for you and to protect your interests. Please note that, in accordance with the MD Code of Professional Responsibility for Attorneys, a signed engagement letter is necessary in order to engage my services as an attorney.
