Dear Sir/Madam,

Suggest you engage the services of an experienced tax attorney and accountant. Unpaid Federal and MD State Taxes/Payroll Taxes are serious issues. An attorney has a regulated, professional ethical obligation to protect client interests, a tax resolution company does not. The facts and circumstances need to be carefully anlyzed and researched to determine options available. 30+ years experience and further information is at www.beatsonlaw.com Please contact my office if I can be of assistance to you. Thank you.

Sincerely,
