I open a store in my name for my father , and my father never paid the taxes on the store, when I went to file taxes last yr , they took my taxes. Can I sue him for the money that was.taken froM me?

You want to sue your father? I would strongly recommend that you try and work it out with him before taking that step. But yes, if your father was responsible for paying taxes (a written contract stating that sure would be nice!) you can sue him to recover your losses. You would definitely want to hire a lawyer before doing so.
