Legal Question in Telecomm Law in Maryland

My 13 year old son is allegedly being harrassed at his middle school by a teacher. I have submitted letters of concern with the school to no avail. Not sure who to believe, would it be possible to have my son tape his interactions with said teacher, with out the teachers knowledge?

NO, it is illegal in Maryland to tape record someone's conversations without their permission, unless you fall into one of the exceptions, which your son would not fall into. Try getting one of his friends to act as a witness.
