Bails Bonds

I got arrested for driving under suspended liscence. I was put under $10000 bail to post 10% to be released. I paid the bonds man $1000. Do i get some money back since i was acquitted of all charges?

If you were are finished with court, you would get the money back from the court ONLY if you posted the 10% to the court. If the court gave you a bond with 10% acceptable, I don't know why on earth you would have paid a bondsman, but he keeps that $1000 - that's his fee for the risk he put up on the remaining $9000.
