Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
use of my dads boat
my father let me use his boat for a few monthes, he is travelling for a while. Is it legal for me to use his boat and trailer for 3 monthes? to make things more complicated i live in west virginia, but drive through maryland to get on the potomac river

As long as you have permission of the owner, and are properly licensed, you can use his boat and trailer.
