Driving with no license
In my opinion, a lawyer can always be of benefit to a defendant in court. The Lawyer can make a better argument for probation before judgment, which would keep your daughter's driving record clean. Plus the lawyer can determine if the officer did everything correct in stopping your daughter (obiviously he did not stop her for driving without a license). Failure of the officer to comply with the strict dictates of the law means your daughter's ticket will be dismissed without her having to explain why she was driving without a license.
