Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

I got a dui , ran a red light and a bench warrent
I ran a red light , pulled over I blew a .07 but on the ticket I noticed they did not get the light I ran but another one where I got pulled over at. so am I wise to fight the ticket to discount the whole entire case angenst me or just plea it out . and to make matters worst I missed my court case on the 6th of march so what should I do I dont have an lawyer yet and could use some advice on this .
