Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
false sticker
was stopped in maryland and was stopped by police with expired tag on 9/1/08 and a false sticker was place on tag .what is the fine. I have paid the tickets in involved and renewed tags did the emissions test.

If you were charged with falsifying a registration plate/sticker, you can go to jail for up to 2 months (not to mention 12 points, license revocation, and a $500 fine), so make sure to get a lawyer to protect your interests!
