Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

I filed a Motion for Early Termination of Probation in the beginning of August, with a proposed Order, with no response from the Court. Maryland Judiciary case search states:

DCHG 2012-10-12 T;040511;G;0003000;0003000;00;000;;050514;0000000002;9X7

DCHG 2012-10-12 1;0000;;0100000;0011000;040511;AR;;;

My trial was 4/5/11, guilty, with 3 years probation. I found on MD Judiciary website that DCHG means disposition change, but the case status still says probation case. However, there used to be a line with probation details (3 years) in addition to the sentence details. Sentence details is still there, but the probation details are gone.

Casesearch is usually accurate, but not always. I would call the clerk directly to see if they have a ruling. If you have any issues, feel free to call me, I'd be happy to file another motion that is more likely to be granted.
