Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
My friend is currently being asked to pay hundreds of dollars in ticket fines that he did not do. He never even owed the car that the license plate tag number belongs to.
What can he do? Would his driver's record show the evidence that he needs to prove its not him? The other person must have the same name that he has which is a fairly common name, I suppose.
Please offer detailed steps that he can do to solve this problem. Thank you! BTW ticket fines are from Baltimore, Maryland in case that helps.
