Incorrect time on traffic citation
I was wondering if a speeding ticket is still valid if the officer marks PM instead of AM for the time. Thanks.

Maryland courts have held that minor mistakes on traffic tickets, such as mispelling of person's name, wrong day of the week, etc. do not affect the validity of the ticket.
