Insurance Increases
If you are involved in an accident and the state police officer on the scene issues no citations to any of the drivers and says the accident was a no fault accident can the insurance company say that it was your fault and increase your premiums?

This all depends on whether there is a basis for the insurance company's position. Rate increases and coverage matters are strictly regulated as well as denial of coverage and cancelation. Contact an attorney should you need assistance.
