Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
the legal age to drive
have they changed the age to drive from 16 to 18 yet? And if they did from what year on does it apply?

You may still obtain a provisional driver's license in Maryland at age 16. However, the education requirement is now much higher and there are more restrictions on young drivers.
