Can I obtain discovery information for a traffic violation within Maryland? What are the procedures for requesting discovery and where can I find information on defending myself against a traffic violation in Maryland?

Discovery is not available for minor traffic violations. (Minor defined as jail not being a potential penalty). There are some technical ways around the discovery rule. You should probably contact an attorney like me who concentrates in traffic defense.
