Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
parking lot
i was backing out of a parking lot when i hit something. i was unable to see what it was until i got out of the vehicle. it was a light pole with a concrete base which was not painted. Is it illegal to have those un painted?

The traffic code does not require a light pole in a parking lot to be painted.
