Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Reciprocal States
The Maryland MVA insists that I owe for elapsed insurance. I am moving due to a job relocation and want to know what states have/have not a reciprocal agreement so that this problem does not get in the way during my relocation.
thank you...

Re: Reciprocal States
Burying your head in the sand and thinking that a problem no longer exists is inappropriate. You should address this issue with MVA and the assistance of counsel is suggested. Further penalties will accumulate on unresolved amounts and complicate matters further. Avoiding reciprocality with the interstate compact is not a viable answer and any attorney that assists you with this approach may encounter an ethical issue.
