Red light camera

I got a citation for red light running. I was behind ~40' a school bus, size is 8'W x 10'H 43'L. I was 2mph under. I never saw the amber, the angle from eye over the bus the first I saw was red light. I dont run lights, last tickets 66mph in a 55 in 1975, parking in 1984. The bus may have run the light I cant read the red (on) time it did't clear the intersection in my photo, and did't have break lights on.

Sounds to me like you got nabbed by a red light camera. Pay the fine and forget about it, this infraction carries no points. If an officer cited you for the infraction, then your approach differs.
