Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Red Light Camera
Maryland law says a red light camera
ticket has to be mailed within 2 weeks.
Postmark on the envelope is after the 2
week period. Can I fight it? Do I argue
to have the case dismissed? (doesn't
seem like a not guilty plea is correct)

Re: Red Light Camera
The ticket, according to Maryland law
(you claim), "has to be mailed within 2 weeks" or what? Dismissal of the charge? If so, why, of course you could fight it (and would be a fool not to.)
And, in order to do so, one would assume that there are instructions that should've come with the ticket explaining precisely how one goes about doing that.
