Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Can I send a traffic citation to circuit court. I paid the fine, and went to a driving improvement course. I already went to court once and didn't have lawyer so Judge gave me a postponment. Now time is coming I haven't gotten a lawyer, so I want to spend Christmas with my family, and two son's so I am trying to buy a lil time. I am on parole and probation curently. Help what can I do to get a few extra days or what is the worse that can happen? Please!

Yes, if the citation carries 91 days in jail or more.
