speeding ticket
In Court, it is always better to have a third person, a lawyer, argue your case to the Court. The lawyer is familiar with Court procedure, where you are not. Since the cost of a speeding ticket is not just the fine, but also the increase in your insurance rate, a lawyer is a good investment. If you don't believe me, ask those that went to court without a lawyer.
