Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
suspended license
If the cops pull u over and they that ure
license was suspended but they really were
not but you got your license back because
the police took them.but this is the 3rd time
this has happened do u think I will need a
lawyer.

YES! If you are a third-offender, especially if the case is in Charles County, the State's Attorney will almost certainly be asking for jail time, and I assume you are going to want to put on a good defense, because your license was not suspended.
