Re: suspended lincense

You have to approach the judical bench on this matter. I would need to know the underlying charge that led to the warrant. Obtain a complete MVA record and contact me. (410) 750-2567

Suspended License

The cost of an attorney to lift your bench warrant, set the case back in for trial, and try the case all depends on the original charge that led to the suspension, your driving record, and location of trial. I will be more than happy to give you a free consultation to discuss these issues. I have an office in Towson, Baltimore County, and Aberdeen, Harford County. You may call me at 410-828-9363.

Re: suspended lincense

I have handled many of these cases in Maryland. Depending on where the case is going to be held my fees are going to be arround $900. It is going to be hard to prove an old case like this. If you were suspended for non-payment of fines, etc, you should do everything to reinstate your license prior to court. You also need to turn yourself in and get processed. I can go with you for that. You should go in as early as possible in the morning (don't go on a Friday afternoon - you might be stuck for the weekend if they are buisy). Trning yourself in shows that you are not a great flight risk and having a lawyer also shows that you are responsible, etc. These things will held keep the bond very low if not zero (PR). I would be happy to speak with you. Call my office at (301) 279-8773.
