Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Towing
Help! I just found out my car was towed last week from my condo parking lot. The towing company said they have been given permission to tow any car in our lot that has expired tags or missing licence plates. My car had expired Virginia tags. I can't find any bi-laws that state they can tow and there are no signs saying they can tow. I need to speak to a lawyer. Please help me.

If you are right about your description, it sounds like you may be in the right legally. Notice may not have been properly given. Did they put a sticker on your car? How about in the Condo rules, did you check the rules?
