Traffic charges, plead guilty or not??
My Mother sent my brother to the store and he drove her car. He got pulled over, my brother didnt know that the car was unregistered, uninsured, uninspected, and on a junkyard's salvage title with fake tags. He goes to court at 12:00 est today.
Should he plead guilty with explanation or not guilty??

He should ask for a postponement to get a lawyer.
