Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

I was driving home from wal-mart cause my husband fell asleep at the wheel.I got into an accident and was given 3 tickets.driving on a suspended lic..or privilage,,driving without a license and failure to obey a traffic sign.I never knew about my privelages being suspended cause I was incarserated at the time I was to go to court in 91.I turned on a green arrow and the man ran a red light.Our insurance people are trying to find out whos fault was what.I dont have a license but should I plea guilty being as thoug I never saw a cop.I was never asked my name or anything.I was taken on an ambulance with my daughter.The state trooper that I saw when it first happened left and never came back.I didnt recieve a ticket until the next night.Please tell me what I should do.

You should definitely fight these charges. Consult a criminal defense attorney immediately!
