I was recently in a car accident and got a ticket for driving without a license but I was not even driving.I never spoke to a policeman or seen one.Me and the girl that was driving went in an ambulance with my daughter.My FIANCE TOLD ME THE COP ASKED FOR my friends name and he gave them her first name and told them she was driving.But he didnt know her lastname and they charged me

The state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were driving and that you were unlicensed. This case needs more analysis, but on the facts you have given I think you have a good case. You should definitely get a lawyer to help you try and win the case, because this charge carries 60 days jail, $500 fine and 5 points.
