Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Traffic Ticket for running a red light
I was given a ticket for running a red light at 4:45am. The light was a red blinking light and I slowed down but there were absolutely no cars around so I did not stop. The police officer must have been in the parking lot over to the left and saw me go through. Do I have a chance to lessen the points or have the points eliminated?

Re: Traffic Ticket for running a red light
A blinking red light is the same as a stop sign. If you go to Court to fight the ticket, there is always a chance to lessen the points or have
the points eliminated.
