unlicensced driver

My friend was driving without a driving license and got caught. She did not go to court. What will happen to her?

The problem with turning yourself into the police after failing to appear in court, is that you will probably be arrested. However, by contacting a criminal lawyer, like myself, he may be able to contact the court, have the bench warrant lifted, and the case re set for trial, saving you from spending time in jail.

She should understand that if she was charged with driving without the required license and authorization, that charge faces jail time, so she should consider either turning herself in to the police or hiring an attorney to take care of these charges.
