Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
a warrant
i recived in tha mail a trail date and the paper said if you pay yhe fine u would not have to appear in court with a diffrent number on it the fine was paid i recive a letter in the mail failure to appear in court a bench warrant but with a diffrent number not the same number wrote a letter to the judge was denied another court date.

You received traffic citations, one of which was payable and another a must appear. If you didn't appear, you would get a warrant for your arrest. If you look at the first paper, it says you may pay the fine and not appear, but that applies for that citation only, and thus not the must appear. Please call me ASAP and provide more details about these citations and we can file a motion to remove the warrant. Do not delay!!
