Military Law: Upgrading a Discharge

Shortly after returning from duty in Vietnam, I received a civilian conviction. Consequently, I was discharged from the Marine Corps under less than honorable conditions. How can I get this discharge upgraded. I have PTSD and anxiety disorder, but the VA says that my discharge is the same as Dishonorable thus they cannot help me

I handle Military Board issues. You may have some options; however, I need to know more details to better assess the situation.

Feel free to contact me if you would like to set up an initial consultation, free of charge. If we set up an appointment, I'd be happy to initiate the call in order to save you in long distance charges.
