About 15 years ago my husbands grandmother died. To our knowledge there was no will. At that time her sister lead my father in law to believe that she left that house to her. Last month my father-in-law passed away. Would the house now be inherited by my husband and his brother? If so what steps do I need to take to start this process?our knowledge there
