My sons are listed as benefactors in my will. I now have accounts listing the man I am living with as benefactors. Which will prevail

I'm assuming you're referring to either a joint bank account or a pay-on-death (POD) account. In either case, the account will pass directly to the joint or POD beneficiary outside of the probate process, so your will won't have an effect on these assets.
