How do I as benifishary notify assessment and taxation that I am the property owner desagnated in a trust?

The trustee must execute and record a deed that transfers the property from the trust to you. This is not self-executing. Once the deed is submitted, it goes to the tax office and then land records, and then you are the owner. Get help.
