My brothers daughter passed away, making her my niece. She had a deceased brother who had a child making this child her niece. Who inherit’s her property in the line of succession when she died without a will?

There isn't enough information to say conclusively. I presume by no mention of her children that she had no children. Other relevant questions are: Was she married? Were either of her parents alive when she died? Did she have more than one sibling?

If someone dies unmarried and without children, next in line to inherit is their parents. So her mother & father (your brother) would be next in line and get the entire estate. If both of her parents died before her, then her siblings would be next in line, and if any of her siblings were deceased, their children would inherit their parent's share. So her deceased brother's child (her niece) would inherit if neither of her parents were living.
