What are the forms/reasons I as the Executor & Beneficiary (over age 21) of life Insurance would need with the Original Certificate of Death for a deceased parent?

This type of asset typically does not flow through probate. A death certificate is usually all that an insurer requires in order to make payment. Legal representation may speed resolution.
