My dad passed away in 2010 and I am the beifitiarry of his annuities. I have no death certificate as his body was donated to the Anatomy Board . What do I do

Every decedent should have a death certificate whether or not there was a burial. You can get this from the health department right after the death or if some time has passed from the State dept of vital statistics.
