A divorced man dies.
One daughter,
One grandson.
No will.
Who will inhereit?

The entire estate will be shared by his surviving child(ren.) The estate shall be intestate as there is no will. A surviving child can bring forth the petion to probate the estate. Contact me should you need assistance.
