Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland
My father passed away, before his funeral, I informed his wife that there were things his children and grand children wanted. Two days after the funeral, I called my father's wife to inform her of the
some things we wanted, and to let her her know that we will called her prior to
coming down. I was told by her, that she has begun to give his things away...without speaking to us first. I live in MD, along with my sister and brother. We need to know how we can stop this, and regain possession of the things that has been given away? My father did not have a will, he lived and is buried in Fla.

You need to consult with Florida counsel as you father resided there at death and said state's probate laws will control
It's too bad your father did not have a will to make sure you would get things of sentimental value, if not financial value. Still, the estate needs to be probated in the county in Florida where he lived. I am not sure where that is, but I'm licensed in Florida as well as Maryland.
