Guardianship

In the State of Maryland how can I change a Will to

protect assets and give it to the person intended

without relatives interfering?

Your question asks about changing a will and your title mentions guardianship. These are two different things.

A will can be changed several ways. One it to effect a new one, another way is to effect a codicil which changes only a stipulated part of the prior will. Changing wills can be tricky and it may be better to make a new one. Talk to an attorney.
