If you need help, consider hiring an attorney. I simply cannot understand why people
let assets waste, forego rightful claims, and take penalties and other losses just because they
do not want to pay an attorney. A lawyer is no different than anyone else and should be paid for his/her labor.
If you want to discuss this matter, give me a call. However, please understand that I will not sit and talk about this matter endlessly nor will I continue to take
calls without a commitment. It comes down to the simple matter of whether you do or do not want to hire an attorney to assist you. Naturally you expect your attorney to be committed to pursuing your legal objective, and likewise your commitment needs to be expressed by signing a contract for legal services.
If you car is broken you hire an mechanic, if you body is ill you hire a doctor, if your house is in need of repair you hire a contractor, and when you have a legal problem you hire an attorney. It's really this simple.
If something is free then it truly is worth nothing.
