my brother and I had the same father diffrent mother, his stepfather and mother died the stepfather first.His moter left him everything house legal case which may produce money.My brother died and never had anything turned over into his name and he had no children or wife he does have two nephews, who is the legal hier to the estate his nephews or his brother.

Next in line to the estate would be his mother's other children. If his mother does not have any other children, then as his half-brother, you may ask the court to probate his estate. You need to determine first whether or not he has a will.
