My father just died he was married to a woman not my mother and I don't think he had a will. Would I as a 21 year old daughter be entitiled to any money from donations from friends who have given money to her for the family and she created a memorial bank account for the family. Tell me what else I might be entitled to also.

Your father's estate will be desolved through the law of intestacy. As to the memorial account, the question is whether it is a trust or a pay on death designation. The langauge of the documents or depositary agreement may shed some light on this matter. Contact an attorney for assistance and a review of the matter.
