Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland
I am invoved with an estate case. I received a letter from the state comtroller office stating I would receive my funds 2 July 2010. I have yet to receive any additional letters or funds. I can I go about requesting or retrieving my funds

Has the estate been closed? You'll need to obtain a copy of the estate documents. It is possible that back taxes may be due by the decedent and that will need identification and proof of income. Also will need to know about the estate and its expenses including all probate assets. Call me to discuss.
