My Mother just passed and she was buying a mobile home. There is 13000 left on payments. Can I take over her payments without telling the co. What will happen to her bank accounts?

You cannot take over the payments without notifying the loan company. What happens to her bank accounts depends on how they are titled and also how many children she has and whether she is married. Call to discuss.
