Notice of will reading?

My father died in NV, his will could have been done in either CO, CA, NY. Legally does my stepmother have to notify me of the content of the will or the will reading? I live in MD. And, if I decide to contest the will how much time do I have?

This will turn on Nevada law, not Maryland, despite the fact that you live in MD.
